Doctor of Physical Therapy

Matt is a physical therapist that specializes in Sports Medicine and management of the spine. He has a keen sense of the demands of training and everyday life.  He works within our team to provide actionable advice on mobility, stability, and strength.  Matt provides expert injury prevention as well as input in adapting and adjusting workouts to optimize each athletes program.

Jake EDMISTON
MS, RD, LD

Registered Dietitian

Jake found his passion for nutrition through running and has completed numerous ultramarathons. He is a consultant dietitian providing assessment, and specializes in creating individualized macro-nutrient breakdown, pre-race and race day nutrition plans, as well as nutrition intake timing. In addition, he provides food recommendations for optimal athletic performance, recovery, and overall health.

The Training Peaks platform allows us to easily analyze workout data and create informed feedback for athletes that is actionable.  We make decisions based on this information to optimize workouts and ensure sustainable and healthy running.

Athletes are able to track progress and the calendar syncs with most devices for workout integration.  Whether you are a data driven person or not, this platform will enhance your training.
